I am fortunate enough to be spending the next 7 days at EMS in Stockholm! I will be working on a new piece based upon field-recordings of Stockholm and recordings of the analogue synthesisers at EMS. More info here.
My piece Dérive will feature in a Lamour concert in Stockholm on the 23rd November, alongside Slim Vic, Lisa & Kroffe, Liisa Pentti + Sound Quartet and works from the NOVARS Research Centre.

I’ve been selected to participate in this year’s Weimarer Meisterkurse at SEAM, Weimar, as part of the Franz Liszt Scholarship for Acousmatic Composition. Dérive will feature in a concert of works by the shortlisted candidates on Monday 15th July at 19:30, more info can be found here.

Distractfold will present Dérive as part of an event at Roca London Gallery this Friday. The concert will be preceded by a panal discussion and entry is free (6.30 start).
Dérive will feature on the Klangkunst show on Deutschlandradio Kultur, just after midnight (0:05) on April 26th!
Dérive, commissioned by La Muse En Circuit, will feature in the 2013 Extension Festival in Paris on May 14th.

Manchester Camerata will be premiering a new work by Emily Howard entitled Carillon on March 23rd. I provided both the recordings of the town hall bells featured in the work, and the tape (vinyl) part.

The Sun Warms The Memory was given The Audience Award (ex-aequo) in the XXXII Concours International de Musique Bruitiste, in Barcelona on the 19th of October.
